Kukulcan was founded in 2000 to provide high quality Spanish language immersion programs in a professional, friendly, and safe environment. We are an Educational Community, integrating the school, professors, staff, host families, local professionals and businesses into our academic and cultural activities.
Our motto is: “It’s good to be bilingual, but better to be bicultural.” This summarizes our belief that Spanish should be taught in the cultural and historical context in which it is spoken. We want to help our students develop a high level of conversational fluency and a better understanding of Mexican culture in the shortest time possible.

Kukulcan is registered with Mexico's Secretary of Public Education (SEP) and has formal status as a professional language school in Mexico. The professors are native speakers of Spanish with extensive experience teaching Spanish as a second language and working with international students. We offer a high quality educational program that makes language learning fun.
